What is robot soccer?

Robot soccer is a competition in which teams build and control robots to play football. Engineering, driving, strategy and teamwork all contribute to a match. Robot dimensions, team sizes and match formats depend on the rules published for each event.

How is Robo Race different?

Robo Race focuses on robots navigating a course rather than scoring goals. Course design and engineering constraints vary by event. Check the confirmed event information and rules before building a competition robot.

Where can I find confirmed dates, rules and registration?

Use the fixtures page for published dates and the events page for event details and results. Follow a registration link only when one is published for that event. Do not assume that a proposed tour stage is open for registration.

Can a school or college host a round?

Schools, colleges and universities can send a campus-hosting enquiry. Share the institution, location, available facilities and proposed dates. An enquiry starts a discussion; it does not confirm an event or venue.

How can an organization sponsor or partner with RGI?

Is the national league already running?
